REFUND POLICY

At Massage Queen 55, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review the following refund terms:

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

Non-Refundable Services
Completed services are non-refundable unless there is an issue caused by our negligence or failure to provide the agreed-upon service.

Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval and returned via the original payment method.
